Dear Members of the Korean Society of Echocardiography.
This is Sang-chol Lee, Secretary General of the Korean Society of Echocardiography.

It is my pleasure to contact you through the 2025 Summer Newsletter.

As we look back on the many issues and events of 2024 and 2025, it is not hard to imagine that many of you have faced your own share of difficulties. Still, while standing at a new beginning, it feels like a time of renewal and perhaps it is a good time to have hope for what’s to come.

Thanks to your consistent interest and participation, the Korean Society of Echocardiography has been able to pursue various initiatives and activities even during the challenging time for contributing to both the medical community and public health.

Especially, as we enter the second half of 2025, there is anticipation that there would be significant changes throughout the nation and healthcare sector, and these shifts are likely to bring changes to our lives. Accordingly, we would continue to listen to the voice of our members. promote the newly launched initiatives and build stronger connections both locally and internationally.

Even amid the unprecedented intense heat and challenging circumstances, we continue to wish all our members good health and happiness.

Once again, I would like to thank all of you for your continuous dedication and support.
